Export a PDF to the folder you choose
Exported PDFs are readable and are not encrypted by StubSafe.
1. Open Review and correct all validation errors. Select Export PDF.
2. Choose a destination in Android’s document picker and complete Save. You can use local storage or an installed document provider, which controls its own account and connection.
3. Open the saved PDF using a PDF viewer. Check the names, dates, line items and final totals before sharing it.
Canceling the picker creates no saved PDF. If you cannot find an export, check the folder you selected and any cloud provider’s pending upload state.
A PDF is not an encrypted draft backup and cannot restore an editable draft in this native app. Anyone who obtains the PDF may be able to read its payroll information. Erasing StubSafe does not remove that exported copy.
