Understand Android and web feature differences
The native app and the web/PWA have different workflows.
The native Kotlin Android app provides Create, Review and Privacy, an encrypted saved draft, entered earnings and deductions, decimal totals and PDF export. It needs no account or internet permission.
The web/PWA guide covers additional browser features such as passphrase vaults, batch queues, profiles, history, tax recommendations and optional central sign-in. Those web controls are not native Android features.
Open the website’s existing Web/PWA Help Center for those browser workflows. Use this native guide for the installed Android app.
A web account does not unlock, recover or synchronize either a local browser vault or the native draft. Do not rely on signing in as a backup method.
The native app works in English and Spanish. Tap EN or ES in the top bar and choose English or Español. The language is saved on this device; changing it preserves the draft on screen and does not translate names, notes or records. New PDFs use the selected language, with USD amounts and a decimal point.
