Create your first earnings statement
Use payroll records you are authorized to reproduce.
1. In Create, enter the employer or payer, worker name and optional address. The worker identifier field accepts the last four digits; do not enter a complete sensitive identifier.
2. Enter the period start, period end and pay date in YYYY-MM-DD format. Add regular hours and rate, overtime hours and rate, and any other earnings.
3. Enter deductions from your actual payroll records. StubSafe totals what you enter; the native app does not calculate a tax withholding obligation.
4. Open Review, correct any validation errors and check gross earnings, deductions and net pay. Save encrypted draft in Create if you want the draft available after restarting.
A generated statement does not prove employment, wages or payment. Use it only for accurate, authorized record preparation.
