What changed
StubSafe 5.5 makes the pay stub creator easier to understand in English and Spanish, improves the public product guide, and expands automated checks across the PWA, Android, and iOS projects.
- English and Spanish workflows: interface labels, validation messages, onboarding, Help Center guidance, and new document defaults support either language.
- Clearer local privacy choices: users can choose named encrypted vaults for reusable local records or a private session that keeps form data only for the current visit.
- Stronger public information: the landing page now explains pay stub creation, batch tools, optional sourced tax guidance, lawful use, and common questions.
- Cross-platform checks: the release workflow tests the browser app, Android project, and iOS Simulator build path while keeping one shared pay stub interface.
What stayed the same
Pay stub PDF generation still happens on the user's device. StubSafe does not upload payroll records or claim that a self-generated statement verifies employment, income, withholding accuracy, or legal compliance. Optional tax and compliance recommendations remain advisory and show sources for independent review.
